You should make sure that the following requirements are met in regard to your users' machines:

• Operating System must be one of the following:
  • Windows 2000
  • Windows XP
  • Windows Server 2003
  • Windows Vista
• Microsoft .NET 2.0 Framework must be installed.
• The following two assemblies that come with Elegant Ribbon must be available:
  • Elegant.Ui.Common.dll
  • Elegant.Ui.Ribbon.dll
