Hello. When an equal command is already registered.
An error dialog is displayed, and a command wants to assume addition impossibility. 
As for Excel2007, a warning dialog is displayed
and A command is not added

Thank you for this note. We implemented the new CExtRibbonBar::m_bUniqueButtonsInQATB flag property which allows you to keep only unique buttons in the quick access toolbar. By default it’s set to true and you cannot add the same button two times into the quick access toolbar using the context menu over the button or the quick access toolbar customization dialog page. You can re-download the 2.87 from the same FTP location.
