When you have a menu (popup or main menu) that contains an item with a popup submenu, the menu behavior is inconsistent with standard menu processing.  This occurs when a user highlights the menu item that contains a  submenu but then moves the mouse off the menu item before its submenu can be displayed.  The last selected menu item remains highlighted which is inconsistent with other windows menus which unhighlight the menu item until the mouse returns over the item.  In addition, the popup menu will not display when the mouse moves back over the last highlighted item unless the user clicks on the item or moves to an adjacent menu item and returns.  This is also inconsistent and leads to some frustration in navigating menus.

Is there a solution or work-around for this issues?

Dear David,

We updated the menu behavior and sent you modified files by e-mail.

Thank you so much.  Your support is most impressive.  The best I’ve ever received!  Period.

Let me add for the record that the first attempt at fixing the menu behavior was still not satisfactory.  I e-mail support and within 24 hours I had new source files that completely fixed my issue.

If you are thinking about this product, the extra money for support is money will spent.
