Hi again,

sorry but I forgot a question...

There is any way of get "grouping" with CExtGridWnd?

Thanks,

Eduardo.

Technical Support Feb 17, 2005 - 10:44 AM

So far, the CExtGridWnd control can be used as a plain grid only. But in the next release we plan to add new features like grouping by drag-and-dropping columns, cell joining and property grid.

Hammm... Ok.

And when are you planning to release the next version?
Soon?

Thanks,

Eduardo.

Technical Support Feb 17, 2005 - 11:56 AM

We plan to release the very next version tomorrow. The new features for grids will be added to the later version. The major versions are released every one/two months. To make it more convenient for our customers, we decided to publish all minor/intermediate versions. For example, you can download Prof-UIS 2.28.8 from the download page right now. We will also allow you to subscribe to e-mail notifications about all intermediate releases, updates, and new samples (please read the news and version history tomorrow). As for the grouping, we plan to implement this feature within the next three weeks.

Ok.

Only one more question.
What kind of ’license’ I have?
I got the right to download the full Prof-UIS Pro Toolkit whit the localization of this tolkit to the Brazilian Portuguese language.
Can I deploy what kind of application whit it? Free? Comercial?

thanks,

Eduardo.

Technical Support Feb 18, 2005 - 1:33 AM

You are granted one user license to the full, commercial version. So, you can develop and distribute commercial applications. Please note that you cannot distribute the source code of the library.

Ok.

Thanks again,

Eduardo.
