I found a bug .
Build your any sample caontaining resizable dockable controlbar in unicodedebug active configuration.
Execute your application then.
1. Move your mainframe window in any where.
2. Drag out your resizable dockable controlbar up and down.
3. You found a assertion failure and application get closed.

We have already removed an unwanted assertion in the debug configuration.
This assertion is not critical. We will release Prof-UIS 2.23 that is free of this bug soon.
Updated sources have been sent to you.
