In Office 2007, when I hoover over a button in the ribbon bar, a large tooltip box with formatted text is displayed. Does ProfUIS support this feature or is it planned for the near future? Or can I display at least regular tooltips in a ribbon?

The ribbon screen tips are supported starting from Prof-UIS 2.70. You can see them in the RibbonBar, RibbonBarMDI and RibbonPage samples.
