How do I dock a CExtToolBar inside a CExtControlbar?

Just create a dialog as a child of the control bar and then put the toolbar onto this dialog. The following FAQs may be helpful with this: I know how to add a resizable control bar to my program but I do not know how to add a dialog into it How to put a toolbar on the dialog in the control bar?
