Download section of your site does not support download managers (ReGet, in particular). All downloaded files become corrupted. Also downloading by parts is not supported (because you do it through aspx). May be, you can protect and stat downloads with another way, which do not prevent from using download managers?.. It is hard to download 11Mb as one piece. Download breaks even with a good ADSL connection.
