There is not enough information in your message to come to any conclusion about errors in your or Prof-UIS code. Please give us more details about your project or send us your source code with a problem description.

It seems the ProfAuto library is not registered. Just register the library with the regsvr32.exe utility:regsvr32.exe ProfAuto240md.dll
