Please implement a similiar solution in the ReportGrid.

The CodeGuru discussion referred in your message is about the problem of using the tooltip common control in conjunction with the header common control. But the later is not used in Prof-UIS at all. The header area in any Prof-UIS grids is a built-in part of the grid and not based on HWND. Please let us know more about what you mean.
