Hello,
I am writing an app using PROF-UIS.
The application (no docview support) uses three toolbars - two of them would normally be docked on the left and right sides of the main window frame, and the third one floating in the middle.
I need to add a "maximize" functionality to the floating window - i.e. so that when maximize is invoked the bar takes up the entire frame space if the two other bars are hidden, or the entire remaining frame space when the other two bars are shown.
Any idea how to do that? currently I cannot permanently dock/stretch a CExtControlBar between all four sides.

Dear Marat,

Sorry for the delay with this answer. I have misunderstanding about the floating toolbar to be maximized. If you need a toolbar that should occupy entire row when docked to the top as a menu bar, then I can provide you with a sample program.

It is also possible to insert a button into a toolbar’s floating mini-frame. This button looks similar to the maximize button of an overlapped/popup window and toggles between the floating and docked states of the toolbar.

Please send me a letter to l_sergiy@fossware.com with the detailed task description and I will reply you with a sample solution. It will be helpful to see any screenshots of your program if any.

Best Regards,
Sergiy Lavrynenko.
