Dear Prof-Uis,
I have examined your samples to show what Prof-uis can achieved. I really like most of the icon. My question is; if a person by the commercial version of Prof-UIS toolkit, can she/he use the icons for a commercial application (using prof-uis library?)

All the icons you can found in the sample applications are for the purpose of demonstrating different library features only and the library itself is an extension of MFC. However, if you have an MSDN subscription that includes Visual Studio, Microsoft makes certain icons available for copying and reuse by others through the terms of the EULA of Visual Studio.
