This number is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is toll-free for most customers. When you call, you will first be prompted to select a language. After that, you will be asked to select an option from the automated menu. If you still need to speak with a live person at Lufthansa Airlines, press 0 at any time during the automated menu. Once you are connected to a customer service representative, they will be able to help you with whatever you need.
