Are you waiting since long time on a phone call to connect Southwest representative and continuously you are saying to "operator" or "real person" and an automated voice say to stay on call as your are going to attend by Southwest customer service team and you are asking your queries related to If somehow I found some mis-place of first name and middle name or wrong name itinerary issue? So will airline ask me pay more for correction? If not to whom I Need to approach?,Will airline reschedule my journey ticket to my destination after I recover and complete 14 days of quarantine period? and looking for how do I talk to a live person at Southwest Airlines?
