Dear ProfUIS-Team,
referring to the subject "Freeze with ProfStudio Demo on DeskShare Session" (submitted 2010/02/25) in General Forum
http://www.prof-uis.com/prof-uis/tech-support/general-forum/freeze-with-profstudio-demo-on-deskshare-session-66950.aspx#@lt;br /> we’ve just noticed that the described issue is still reproducable (at least) using the following environment: - Windows 7
- Deskshare 4.8.849
- ProfStudio 2.92
ProfStudio freezes after activation of both, the ’x’-Button and the ’pin’-Button. With Spy++ we saw that Deskshare’s interrupting ProfStudio by sending a message that leads to a kind of "deadlock", i.e. message produces an answer message whose answer produces a message ...
The primary issue had been confirmed by one of your developers (S. Lav.) on a deskshare session (2010/03/03).
Kind regards,
Martin

We just visited www.deskshare.net web site and we cannot find any software which allows us to share desktop and perform debugging. They provide only some client software which requires a pin code to connect to some corporate desktop sharing sessions. Do you have some PC which we can use with DeskShare client for debugging?
