I want to use __EGCS_BUTTON_ELLIPSIS | __EGCS_READ_ONLY, but it is not working. Any solution as i have to use both styles as per requirement.

Would __EGCS_NO_INPLACE_CONTROL|__EGCS_BUTTON_ELLIPSIS fulfill the requirements?
