In your TextComboGrid example (to show how to use the multicolumn feature of the CExtComboBox), I notice that, if the combo control is DROPDOWN, when I select an item, the combo shows int the edit control only the text of ONE column of the columns in the dropdown list, but if the style is DROPLIST, when I select an item, the edit control shows all the columns in the dropdown list..
Is this by design or is a little bug?

This is standard behavior of the Windows combo box control. When the DropDown style is turned on, the combo box has the child edit inside. So the combo box cannot draw the currently selected item over the edit control area.
