Well, Outlook only imports PST file in its profile, thus you need to convert MBOX to PST file. Well if you want a manual approach, then you need both Outlook and Thunderbird applications. Then add a webmail account with both applications, After your MBOX file will be directly imported to the Outlook application. If you want a hassle-free approach, then you can use the automated tool. You can search them over the Internet.
