Hi everyone, help me decide on a choice because I’m already confused about the variety of mirrors for the car. Reviews say different things too - on the one hand smooth mirrors are more streamlined, but textured mirrors are less scratched in a collision. Who has had experience in buying one, can you share it?

Hi, there is a difference as I compared both on the same Chevy to get a feel for the difference because my friend was trying to prove to me that there was no difference. 3 months ago I bought 2 sets of auto mirrors for myself and my brother at T1A Auto https://www.t1aauto.com/products/chevrolet-express-gmc-savana-driver-side-mirror-manual-folding-dual-glass-textured-black-driver-side-mirror as he needed a replacement, he didn’t care about the texture so he chose the regular smooth option. I preferred the textured ones because I liked their roughness and they fit perfectly with the overall design of the car. Yesterday, the three of us met to compare the changes to the mirrors, and mine look just as new, plus I drive more carefully than my brother, which we also took into account when summarizing the results. I sent a photo to your DM, take a look.
