Now I used Visual Studio 2005 Style. And the title bar of some dialogs was false.
When I have changed from the Visual Studio 2005 Style to Office 2007 Style,
The region of title bar was created.
So the skin of dialog was breaken.

The skinned non-client area is provided by the CExtNCW template class which currently applicable only to classic overlapped windows only (windows with caption and borders).
