1) prepare a computer with WinXP EN SP2 2) go to control panel, "Regional and language options": languages tab -> install files for Eastern Asian Languages; Advanced tab ->select "Chinese(PRC)" for non-Unicode programs.
3) install Prof-UIS 2.50/2.51 4) run "integration wizard", start to compile..... VS2005 pro/team suite crashes before you. or 5) start the solution file for VS 2005, Build All......VS2005 pro/team suite crashes before you.
go back to "Regional and language options": Advanced tab ->select back to "English(US)" for non-Unicode programs, Compile Pro-UIS, Everything is fine.

This crashing behavior cannot be assumed to be a Prof-UIS bug because you can compile it when switching the locale to English. Of course, the compiled resources should be the same not depending on the current Windows locale. We understood the inconvenience you have. But it should not be extremely difficult to compile the needed Prof-UIS configurations under English locale and then use them under Chinese
