Hi,

I get this when trying out elegant UI ribbon with Net Core 3.0.

SerializationException: Type ’System.Collections.CollectionBase’ in Assembly ’System.Collections.NonGeneric, Version=4.1.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a’ is not marked as serializable.
Elegant.Ui.SkinManager.LoadThemeSkinManager(Assembly assembly)

TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for ’Elegant.Ui.Control’ threw an exception.
Elegant.Ui.Control..ctor()

How can i fix this? Is there support for net core 3?
