Dear Support team. We have purchased Elegant Ribbon, and had a valid license key starting with "85EE-9B24-2CA4-7667-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx" . now we are using version 4.3, we need to upgrade the component to latest allowed version. What’s the latest allowed version we can upgrade to? How do we upgrade to latest version.? What are new features in latest version? Thanks and best regards, Hassan Shehata

using version 4.3 there’s getting lots of error as https://epsonsupports.net/blog/how-to-fix-printer-offline/ helped me to update this.

Dear Support team, I downloaded and Install the latest version of Elegant Ribbon (4.5), But when running the application, there are a pop up form notifies that this application uses a trial version of Elegant Ribbon. Thanks and best regards, Hassan Shehata
