CBD oil has shown promise as a treatment for some mental health disorders, such as anxiety disorders, leading many people who live with these conditions to become interested in this natural approach. In a Brazilian study, 57 men received either oral CBD or a placebo 90 minutes before they underwent a simulated public speaking test. The researchers found that a 300-mg dose of CBD was the most effective at significantly reducing anxiety during the test. What is your experience with CBD?

anyway thanks for reply. There’s no "correct" dose of CBD oil. How much you take and the form you choose will depend on your needs and what you hope to get for effects.

Always tell your healthcare provider and pharmacist about all the medicines you take, including prescription, over-the-counter (OTC), herbal, or recreational drugs

Also keep in mind that, while CBD derived from hemp was legalized federally December 2018, the FDA is still researching it, and some states are still restricting it. Check some CBD things https://www.organiccbdnugs.com Side effects, from what is known, seem to be mild among adults. Side effects of CBD include nausea, fatigue and irritability, according to Harvard Health Publishing. CBD can also negatively interact with coumadin/warfarin and grapefruit juice.
