Hello.
When I use CExtPaintManagerOffice2007_R1.
A change of the Window frame which I used CExtPaintManagerOffice2007_R1 for takes time.
Why will it be so late?

This is because it takes some time to load all the bitmaps used in the theme 2007 and because of heavy assertion statements we use everywhere. The release version is much faster because there are no assertions in it.
