I would also like to append the theme list into the menu of my dialog-based application. Can you teach me how to achieve this goal?

The ProfUIS_Controls sample demonstrates how to implement a theme list in a dialog-based application. The implementation is exactly the same like in a frame-based sample application and based on the theme switcher toolbar. Please take a look at how it’s used there.
