To reproduce this bug I use MDI_DynamicBars-sud.exe sample from Prof-UIS 2.8.9 suit.
All steps illustrated by correspondent figure.
1. After last step in Docking BUG -2 drag Docking Bar using the gray region – fig.1
After this the unknown gray window appears – fig.2 and fig.3
