To reproduce this bug I use MDI_DynamicBars-sud.exe sample from Prof-UIS 2.89 suit.
All steps illustrated by correspondent figure.
Follow the next step.
1. Docking Dynamic Bar 1 to Dynamic Bar 0 – fig.1
2. Change Dynamic Bar 0 mode to the Tabbed State.
This is the first bug - Docking Dynamic Bar 1 bar has not button for switching bar state – fig.2
Also it has incorrect popup menu (not shown).
3. Hide Dynamic Bar 1 by clicking on close button – fig.3.
4. Change Dynamic Bar 0 mode to the Docking State.
In result the bar has incorrect view.
Also it has not button for switching bar state – fig. 4
and strange popup menu – fig.5
