We have a CExtDynamicControlBar which holds a CFrameWnd. The CFrameWnd has a CExtToolControlBar. When the CExtToolControlBar is not docked and the CExtDynamicControlBar gets hidden the CExtToolControlBar remains visible. How do I update the CExtToolControlBar properly? And I think I saw an article somewhere about removing the X (close window) from the CExtToolControlBar. If you have a link to that, that would also be helpful.
