If you are trying to Update Garmin express Nuvi software then there could be several reasons that may stop the update process.
To solve this issue first check your internet connection, if your internet works smoothly.
Secondly, check your system compatibility.
Lastly, Restart your Computer device and try to access Garmin Nuvi software again.
Update your Garmin Nuvi device regularly.
By implementing these, still, the error persists then, uninstall the Garmin express, and install it again.
