The first step is to check your internet connection. Sometimes, if you don’t have good internet connectivity, then the remove and reinstall tool might not work.
Mainly the firewalls or other antivirus programs are conflicting with Norton remove and reinstall tool. So check out the firewall connections and disable them.
Clean the junk files or residue from your system. Sometimes junk and unwanted files may block the Norton tool files.
Device drivers should be updated with the latest versions in order to work with Norton to remove and reinstall the tool. So update the device drivers with the latest version.
If you are still not able to use Norton remove and reinstall tool, then try to remove the tool from the control panel and again download a fresh copy of the Norton Remove and Reinstall tool.
