Floating CExtControlBar does not restore its size after loading state, if it has been resized before saving state.

Example: Open FixedSizePanels sample, make "Resizable panel 2" floating, change size (for example align bottom with other control bar). Exit application. Load it again and look at vertical size of "resizable panel 2". if vertical size has not been changed in current run, sizes are identical.
Seems like bug.

I’m use Prof-UIS 2.53.

and
ClientRect and WindowRect of this ControlBar after loading differs by 2 pixels in both dimensions. Looks like caption is ignored while restoring bar state.

Thanks

We confirm that this problem was present in older Prof-UIS versions. It should not appear in Prof-UIS 2.81. Why just not to switch to using the newest version?
