Not in all users, but some Win 10 users report this. I sent you a video.
Have tried all sorts of things to try to fix. But I think this must be a component issue. Please will you respond. I have written for the past 2 weeks to the support email with no reply.

This is solved. I hacked a solution by drawing the ribbon to a BMP and then loading it prior to showing the FileOpen dialog, but much better that it works.
