Wheeled skid steers and Posi tracks both have their own significance and both serve different purposes in terms of construction work. There are some jobs that are best finished with a Posi track and would be difficult otherwise. You can find different machines with a number of qualities for jobs, for instance https://www.my-equipment.com/blog/2019/09/types-of-heavy-construction-equipment-used-in-building-bridges/ is different from farm equipment. Depending on your jobs requirement you make decision on what to purchase, with a posi track you can work in difficult environmental conditions on muddy or damp surfaces where otherwise wheels wouldn’t be so effective.
