I installed Prof - UI 2.9 trial version, but unfortunately "msi.chm missing" error was given. After that I have restarted my PC and trying to run the Integration wizard. An error message like " A referal was returned from server" was given. Please help me to run the integration wizard.....

The A referral was returned from server error message is always specific for particular computers. It’s typically caused by a broken UAC subsystem. You can integrate Prof-UIS with your Visual Studio manually:

http://www.prof-uis.com/prof-uis/tech-support/faq/getting-started-with-prof-uis.aspx#how-to-add-the-prof-uis-application-wizard-to-visual-studio

You can open appropriate workspace/solution file from the .../Prof-UIS/Workspace/ folder in your Visual Studio and compile all the required Prof-UIS libraries (the ProfUISDLL and ProfUISLIB projects).
You can run the .../Prof-UIS/Help/register.bat file to integrate Prof-UIS help with Visual Studio .NET / .NET 2003 / 2005 / 2008. Prof-UIS help is also available as independent CHM file in the Windows Startup menu.

I am also not able to run the integration wizard (Windows 7). I also get the message "A referral was returned from server".
Executing the integration wizard as administrator does not solve the problem.

The A referral was returned from server error is an internal UAC error of Windows Vista and Windows 7. This means UAC settings may be corrupted on your computer. Please run the Integration Wizard as Administrator.
The msi.chm missing installation error occurs very rarely. It’s not critical. It can happen on computers where the MSI installations were debugged and, as a result, some of Windows Installer’s tables became corrupted.
