I have a Proj UIS application where the source code must be escrowed and the build with that code must be verified. So I have to provide all the files for compiling and linking (my application, not Prof-UIS). So i think I need to provide Prof-UIS header files. Does the escrow company need to purchase a copy of Prof-UIS and install it in their copy of Visual Studio or is there another way to do this? Also, I’m using 2.83. Can they still get and install that version? Thanks.

If you are talking only about Prof-UIS header files and compiled dlls, there is not need for your customer to buy a license. If they want to have access to the complete source code of Prof-UIS, they should buy a license. The minimum price as you know is $295. Of course, we are not talking about Prof-UIS Free, which is free by definition.
