I can replicate this issue not only with my appication, but the FixedSizePanels sample application.
Maximize the window, minimize the window, then restore the window. The window covers the entire screen, including the Windows taskbar.
I have the taskbar setting "keep the taskbar on top of other windows" enabled.
Using ProfUIS260.

This looks like fixed in Prof-UIS 2.89 pre-release version. Please drop us an e-mail to the support mail box at this web site so we will provide you with the update.

this is fixed under the original scenario I explained, however I can still replicate this, with the 2.88 upgrade I just purchased, if the Windows taskbar is docked to the left edge of the desktop.

Yes, this seems to work. How is this fix being distributed, is there an updated DLL?

The code related to the window non-client area was recently changed and seems the problem is gone. Please download the latest version of the FullScreenState sample.
