A while ago, somebody asked if it was possible to use merged column headers, or categories, on a grid control such as CExtReportGridWnd.
For instance:

| |-----------------|-----------|
| Item Name | In | Out | In | Out |
|---------------|-----------------|-----------|
Back then, the response was that Prof UI was going to add this in late 2006. Was this ability ever added? If so, how do I do it using CExtReportGridWnd? (Just a brief pointer would help...) TIA.
