I have control bar with dialog within. How to scroll content of control bar if place is not enough to display whole dialog?

The resizable control bar window can have only one child window (a dialog in case of your application). This child window is adjusted to ocupy the entire client area of the control bar. The resizable control bar window itself does not perform any scrolling. You need to implement scrolling inside your dialog manually or use a form view rather than the dialog.
