For Outlook 2019, 2016, and 2013:

Launch Microsoft Outlook: Open Outlook on your computer.

Go to the View Tab: Click on the "View" tab in the ribbon menu at the top.

Click on "Change View": In the "Current View" group, click on "Change View."

Select "Manage Views": In the dropdown menu, select "Manage Views."

Create a New View: In the "Manage All Views" dialog box, click "New."

Name Your View: Give your new view a name (e.g., "No Duplicates").

Apply View to All Folders: Under the "Type of View" section, select "Table" and click "OK."

Select Your New View: In the "Custom View Organizer" dialog box, find your new view ("No Duplicates") and select it.

Click "Modify": Click the "Modify" button.

Filter Settings: In the "Filter" dialog, go to the "Advanced" tab.

Set Filter Criteria: Set filter criteria to display duplicates. For example, you can filter items where "From" is the same or "Subject" is the same.

Apply Filter: Click "Add to List" and then "OK" to apply the filter.

Save Changes: Back in the "Custom View Organizer," click "Apply View" and then "OK."

Run the View: Go back to your Outlook folders, and select your new view ("No Duplicates") from the "Change View" menu.

Delete Duplicates: You will now see all duplicate items based on your filter criteria. Select the duplicates and delete them.

Restore Original View: After removing duplicates, you can switch back to your original view by selecting it from the "Change View" menu.
