open the ProfUISDLL_600 vc++ workspace which is there in programFiles->
goto build->Set Active Configuration-> select ProfUISDLL - Win32MBCS Debug then click OK.
goto build->rebuild all.
ProfUIS240m.dll file will be created in Bin_600 folder.
