When will you support the "Office 12 like Ribbon control" feature,
like the current Codejock Software`s Xreme ToolkitPro 2006 version.

The ribbon bar control in MS Office 2007 is incomparably much more complex than its "implementation" in the product mentioned in your message. We are working on its versions available in the first and second releases of MS Office 2007. The new office themes are mostly ready and you can take a look at these new themes. The ribbon bar itself is not yet ready to be shown publicly.
