It seems that technical support is longer being provided by the Prof-UIS team.
I think under the circumstances your pay to use support forum should be free to use, this way your loyal user base could help each other out.
Its one thing to publicly state that development has slowed/stopped, but to ignore paying customers support requests is inexcusable.
Perhaps the community could pick this project up & provide development/support, otherwise I see a mass exodus to CodeJock/BSGSoft who do still care about their customers.
Sad sad day :)
