Hi,

We were using the Filtered grid in our MFC application for a few years without any issues until the recent upgrade to version 3.01. Previously it was the version 2.91 and Visual Studio 2010. After migrating to Visual Studio 2013 we had to upgrade to v3.01. Applying the filters now is inconsistent or often doesn’t work at all. For example, unselecting the (Show All) case in the ‘Value Filters’ would result only in partial row hiding (see capture ‘filter bug 1.png’). Also unselecting individual values would not hide the rows with these values (see capture ‘filter bug 2.png’). The filters work inconsistently, so for some values it would hide rows for others it would not hide. After some rows were hidden there is no way to display them back. Selecting individual values or (Show All) case just do nothing (see capture ‘filter bug 3.png’). I’ve also tested ‘Text Filters’ functionality and observed similarly inconsistent behaviour as well. Sorting on the other hand works fine.

Could you please advise on a solution for this issue? Were there changes through the versions that require us to adapt our implementation or initialization of the filtered grid?

Best regards,

Hi Art,

We did not have any Prof-uis related development recently and probably no renewal of the support was done. The person who were in charge of this has left the company and it is very difficult to retrieve the latest activities. Nonetheless we could go ahead with a renewal or a subscription to a support as a solution of this issue is important for our customers. However I would like to ask you for a confirmation that if we do so, the support will do the best effort to help us with a solution in a timely manner. We need a fix within next week because we cannot change our release date.

Please let me know your thoughts.
