Hi,

it’s possible to dock a toolbar over a controlbar?

I create toolbars/controlbar at run time; if i dock a controlbar to the right side of the Main Frame (i.e.), i can dock toolbars only between the controlbar and the right border of the Main Frame.

I’d like to dock toolbar, in this case, also into the left side of controlbar !!! and I want to do this dragging the toolbar with the mouse!!!

A strange thing is that if the controlbar has been create by cose before the startup, I can do this ! But if I move the controlbar, I lose this feature...

No, you cannot dock a toolbar inside inner circles. But you can dock resizable panels inside outer circle within toolbars.

Please also note, it’s possible to create non-redockable toolbar inside some window inside resizable bar. You can see such toolbars in the ProfStudio sample application (seen Solution Explorer bar there and other bars with inner toolbars). This design is good when you need some UI controls inside one resizable bar and you need toolbar related to these controls only.

They are organized into "circles" inside main frame window. The toolbars are always inside one outer "circle". Other bars are inside inner "circles". But it’s possible to make resizable bar working like toolbar and place it between toolbars like demonstrated in the FixedSizePanels sample application where you can see two resizable bars with Internet Explorer ActiveX controls between toolbars.

So, if I understand well...

I can dock a toolbar inside inner "circles" but I need to use a "fixed-size" controlbar for the outer bars ?
