When I right click on the CMDIChildWnd and/or View in my MDI application I get a popup menu that contains all of my CExtDockBars. Is there a way to disable this?

You can turn off or even customize the built-in Prof-UIS popup menu over the dockbar, control bars, status bar and other application areas. This is described in the FAQ How to modify or suppress entirely built-in pop-up menus available in Prof-UIS?.
