Hello,

I have the full version of prof-uis v2.5.

I have been using the "How to dock several control bars into one row so that they share its space in certain proportions?"

technic and I was hoping there would be an easyway to get the following behaviour.

I need the controlbars that share a space to maitain that ratio on autohide.

Is this possible?

Thanks

My screenshot would look exactly the same as the screenshot in your article: "How to dock several control bars into one row so that they share its space in certain proportions?"

What I want to happen is I want 3 control bars docked at the bottom of the screen each taking up 33%.  I want the user to be able to make these control bars autohide.  When the user does this I want that control bar to autohide and the other 2 to stay the same size. (i.e. 33%)

I know this kind of redifines what docking is but basically it would be ok if they were always autohidden and when the cursor goes over the tab they appear with the proper size (33%).

Is this possible.

If your are still really unclear I could draw up some screenshots.

Thanks

The control bar is designed to be a fully resizable window. The several control bars in one row always occupy the entire row/column. So, if three control bars share 33%, 33% and 34%, and the last one gets auto-hidden, then the first two automatically take up 50% and 50%.

It’s not completely clear what you mean by "controlbars that share a space to maitain that ratio on autohide". Could you tell us how many bars your application creates? Where do they appear initially? Of course, any screenshot that clears the issue would be much appreciated.
