Hw do you stop the default popup menu when right clicking on a application from appearing?

I am referring to the one that displays a list of all controlbars and also "Hide/Show menubar" "Hide/Show toolbar" items.

I do not wish this menu to appear.

We just added a new entry titled How to prevent the standard Prof-UIS menu with a list of toolbars and control bars from appearing? to the FAQ section. It seems that is what you are asking about.
