CExtMenuControlBar is not behaves as standart menu,
in win32 menu, drop down menu opens when you left click on menu item, and in CExtMenuControlBar, it only opens after button release.
Makes it much less comfortable to navigate menu.

I agree with you that it is more comfortable to invoke the menu by WM_LBUTTONDOWN. I will modify this behavior of the menu bar.
