cannot open include file ’afxres.h’.
Error executing rc.exe. Whenever i run any ur sample, it gives the same error. As per ur instruction i have made all the configuration changes for libraries, source, include directories. I am using visual studio 6.0.

It seems you have modified (in some way) the include folders list in the Visual Studio 6.0 settings (menu Tools | Options, tab Directories, combo box item Include files). Here is the list of the valid folders when Visual Studio 6.0 is installed in the default location on drive C: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\VC98\INCLUDE
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\VC98\MFC\INCLUDE
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\VC98\ATL\INCLUDE
